IT Procurement Executive – Hardware

We are looking for a proactive IT Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, purchasing, and vendor relationships for IT hardware. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of IT infrastructure products and the UAE market, ensuring timely procurement at the best value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure IT hardware including servers, storage, networking equipment, firewalls, UPS, and related devices
• Evaluate, negotiate, and onboard vendors based on quality, pricing, and delivery reliability
• Compare multiple quotations and select the most cost-effective solution
• Coordinate order processing, follow-ups, and delivery schedules
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure correct hardware specifications
• Manage inventory and maintain stock levels
• Handle warranty, and support contracts
• Maintain proper documentation (POs, invoices, delivery notes, GRNs, etc.)
• Provide after-sales coordination and support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients
• Knowledge of UAE/local market pricing and availability
• Vendor evaluation and onboarding experience
• Familiarity with hardware brands such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba
• Time management and ability to handle multiple orders/projects simultaneously
• Documentation and reporting skills
• Experience with Accounting/CRM systems (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
