Job Title: Buyer Experience Required: 1–2 years
Job Summary:
The Buyer is responsible for sourcing, procuring, and managing the supply of products or materials needed by the company, while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. This role is suitable for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate purchase terms, prices, and contracts with vendors.
Place orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store or warehouse teams. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and trends.
Maintain accurate purchase records and prepare reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and procurement procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Good understanding of market trends and supplier networks.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic inventory or ERP systems.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders efficiently.
Preferred Attributes:
Proactive, organized, and results-driven.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
