Job Summary: We are looking for an organized and proactive E-Commerce Coordinator with 1&ndash;2 years of experience to support the day-to-day operations of our online sales channels in Dubai. The role involves coordinating product listings, monitoring sales performance, supporting digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing and updating product listings on e-commerce platforms and company website. Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports on traffic, conversions, and revenue. Support digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and promotions. Ensure product content is optimized for SEO, including images, descriptions, and keywords. Handle customer queries and feedback promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Keep track of competitor activity, market trends, and new e-commerce developments in Dubai. Assist the E-Commerce Manager in implementing strategies to drive online sales growth. Requirements: 1&ndash;2 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing coordination. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Noon, or Magento. Knowledge of digital marketing techniques including SEO, PPC, and social media. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Understanding of UAE e-commerce regulations and online payment systems is a plus.Job Type: Full-time
