Procurement & Business Development Specialist (Pharmaceuticals)

MENAPAC is currently seeking a high-caliber Procurement & Business Development Specialist (Pharmaceuticals) to join our growing team. This role is designed for a strategic professional who blends deep technical pharma knowledgewith a proven track record in the Saudi Arabian market.

The Role

As a vital link in our supply chain, you will oversee the distribution of pharmaceutical primary packaging products, ensuring all operations align with regional regulatory standards and cost-efficiency goals.

Key Qualifications

· Language: Native or professional-level Arabic and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.

· Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in Pharma Procurement, specifically within Saudi Arabia (KSA).

· Knowledge: Strong familiarity with SFDA (Saudi Food and Drug Authority) regulations and local KSA supplier networks.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Core Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end procurement cycles for local and international medical supplies.

· Negotiate high-value contracts with KSA-based drug manufacturers and global vendors.

·Identify and develop strategic supplier partnerships to support business expansion and strengthen MENAPAC’s pharmaceutical packaging network in the region.

· Ensure 100% compliance with Ministry of Health and local pharmaceutical guidelines.

· Optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts in critical medical categories.
