Business Development Executive

Akarat.com is a bold new property portal set to launch across the UAE, and we are looking for a high-energy founding Business Development Executive to be our first sales hire. This is a high-intensity "hunter" role focused exclusively on Agency Acquisition. You will be responsible for pioneering our market presence by cold-calling real estate agencies nationwide. You will lead the charge in pitching our platform to UAE market leaders and building our portal’s agency network from the ground up through aggressive outbound prospecting and partnership closing.

Responsibilities

· Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to real estate agencies across UAE to pitch Akarat.com and secure registrations.

· Lead Hunting: Independently research and build your own database of agency principals, directors, and marketing managers.

· B2B Sales: Presenting our subscription packages and negotiates terms to secure signed partnership agreements.

· Outreach: Design and execute targeted outreach sequences via Email and WhatsApp to secure partnerships with real estate agencies and developers across UAE.

· Onboarding: Help agencies set up their profiles and list their properties.

· Reporting: Keep track of your daily calls and sign-ups.

Requirements

· The "Hunter" Mentality: You must be fearless on the phone and comfortable making 50+ calls per day.

· Startup Grit: Ability to work in a fast-paced launch environment where you create your own leads from scratch.

· UAE Experience: At least 1–2 years of outbound sales experience in Dubai (Real Estate or PropTech experience is a massive plus).

· Communication: Exceptional English speaking and persuasion skills; Arabic is a plus.

· Visa Status: Currently residing in Dubai and must possess an Own Visa (e.g., Freelance Visa, or Spouse/Family Sponsorship).
