WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL NEED FOR THE JOB:</b></h3><ul><li><b>Dispatching</b></li><li><b>Receive and manage service calls from customers</b></li><li><b>Understand the skills, strengths and weaknesses of the field technicians and assign them appropriately</b></li><li><b>Debrief each call before dispatching the technician</b></li><li><b>Contact customer prior to dispatch</b></li><li><b>Track and update the computerized dispatch board based on work order completion</b></li><li><b>Cross-trained as a back-up to the Billing Specialist and assist in the billing process as directed.</b></li><li><b>Customer Service</b></li><li><b>Resolving customer concerns and complaints in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner</b></li><li><b>Respond promptly to customer inquiries</b></li><li><b>Communicate professionally with customers via phone and/or email</b></li><li><b>Service Contracts</b><b> </b><b>-</b><b> </b><b>Schedule service and preventative maintenance</b></li><li><b>Assist Service Managers when necessary for customer feedback or follow up after customer work is completed</b></li><li><b>Additional duties as required</b></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
WHAT WE&rsquo;RE LOOKING FOR:</b></h3><ul><li><b>2 years office/customer service experience</b></li><li><b>Dispatch experience preferred</b></li><li><b>Knowledge of plumbing or HVAC industries is a plus</b></li><li><b>Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and technicians</b></li><li><b>Ability to learn scheduling/dispatching/billing software programs</b></li><li><b>Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills</b></li><li><b>Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment</b></li><li><b>Be able to communicate well with internal team members.</b></li></ul></div>
