This position will report to IT Landes Company, LLC, a subsidiary of HB Global.
- Dispatching
- Receive and manage service calls from customers
- Understand the skills, strengths and weaknesses of the field technicians and assign them appropriately
- Debrief each call before dispatching the technician
- Contact customer prior to dispatch
- Track and update the computerized dispatch board based on work order completion
- Cross-trained as a back-up to the Billing Specialist and assist in the billing process as directed.
- Customer Service
- Resolving customer concerns and complaints in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicate professionally with customers via phone and/or email
- Service Contracts - Schedule service and preventative maintenance
- Assist Service Managers when necessary for customer feedback or follow up after customer work is completed
- Additional duties as required
- 2 years office/customer service experience
- Dispatch experience preferred
- Knowledge of plumbing or HVAC industries is a plus
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and technicians
- Ability to learn scheduling/dispatching/billing software programs
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to communicate well with internal team members.
