Commercial Service Coordinator

We are looking for a Commercial Service Coordinator who would be responsible for professionally coordinating the needs of our customers through the intake of service calls, appropriate scheduling and dispatching of technicians, billing and other duties to assist the departmental team.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR THE JOB:

  • Dispatching
  • Receive and manage service calls from customers
  • Understand the skills, strengths and weaknesses of the field technicians and assign them appropriately
  • Debrief each call before dispatching the technician
  • Contact customer prior to dispatch
  • Track and update the computerized dispatch board based on work order completion
  • Cross-trained as a back-up to the Billing Specialist and assist in the billing process as directed.
  • Customer Service
  • Resolving customer concerns and complaints in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicate professionally with customers via phone and/or email
  • Service Contracts - Schedule service and preventative maintenance
  • Assist Service Managers when necessary for customer feedback or follow up after customer work is completed
  • Additional duties as required

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2 years office/customer service experience
  • Dispatch experience preferred
  • Knowledge of plumbing or HVAC industries is a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and technicians
  • Ability to learn scheduling/dispatching/billing software programs
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to communicate well with internal team members.
