If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting a team with your technical proficiency and positive attitude, this opportunity is perfect for you!Duties<ul><li>Manage accounts receivable and payable using QuickBooks, ensuring timely invoicing and expense tracking</li><li>Perform data entry with high accuracy into spreadsheets and accounting software, maintaining up-to-date financial records</li><li>Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls professionally</li><li>Support office management tasks such as organizing files, maintaining supplies, and coordinating appointments</li><li>Assist with client communication and customer support via phone, email, or in person to foster positive relationships</li><li>Prepare Word processing documents, reports, and correspondence with excellent attention to detail</li><li>Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage calendars, and ensure efficient workflow throughout the day</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience with office management and administrative duties in a professional setting</li><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Strong computer literacy including data entry, spreadsheets, and productivity software</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clients and team members</li><li>Previous clerical experience or personal assistant experience is preferred</li><li>Exceptional phone etiquette combined with strong customer service skills to support client communication and front desk operations</li></ul>Join us in a role where your organizational talent and technical skills will make a real impact!
