IT Pro Headquarters specializes in providing Network, Desktop and Cloud Services Support, while monitoring and maintaining computer networks to ensure maximum efficiency 24/7/365.We are seeking a qualified Tier I Support technician who can work independently, solve technical problems, and investigate issues in a fast-paced environment.This position will include extensive training and experience in a wide variety of systems and platforms and is an excellent opportunity for building a broad range of skills and knowledge.Requirements:&middot; 1+ Years Help Desk/Desktop Support experience preferred.&middot; Excellent customer service and problem solving skills essential.&middot; Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls and Server Operating Systems and Cloud Services (e.g. Office 365, GSuite)&middot; Experience with Windows Server 2012 - 2019&middot; Prior IT Managed Service experience preferred&middot; Experience with Connectwise Manage and Automate preferred&middot; Must be willing to travel within the Tri-county area to various clients.&middot; Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation.&middot; Background check and drug test required.The responsibilities of this person will be:&middot; Provide excellent customer service.&middot; Handle support requests via email, text chat, remote takeover, telephone or on-site.&middot; Troubleshoot and repair software and hardware related issues.&middot; Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution&middot; Manage multiple tickets in various stages of the helpdesk ticket lifecycle.&middot; Log all calls, emails, and communications to customer in our ticketing system.&middot; Troubleshoot network related problems, and provide detailed report to network team&middot; Coordinate with hardware/software vendors for product-specific support to end users The right candidate will also assist Tier 2/3 when required.Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Windows: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>ConnectWise: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Help desk: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Spanish (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>CompTIA A+ (Preferred)</li><li>CompTIA Network+ (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hollywood, FL 33022
