IT Pro Headquarters specializes in providing Network, Desktop and Cloud Services Support, while monitoring and maintaining computer networks to ensure maximum efficiency 24/7/365.
We are seeking a qualified Tier I Support technician who can work independently, solve technical problems, and investigate issues in a fast-paced environment.
This position will include extensive training and experience in a wide variety of systems and platforms and is an excellent opportunity for building a broad range of skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
· 1+ Years Help Desk/Desktop Support experience preferred.
· Excellent customer service and problem solving skills essential.
· Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls and Server Operating Systems and Cloud Services (e.g. Office 365, GSuite)
· Experience with Windows Server 2012 - 2019
· Prior IT Managed Service experience preferred
· Experience with Connectwise Manage and Automate preferred
· Must be willing to travel within the Tri-county area to various clients.
· Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation.
· Background check and drug test required.
The responsibilities of this person will be:
· Provide excellent customer service.
· Handle support requests via email, text chat, remote takeover, telephone or on-site.
· Troubleshoot and repair software and hardware related issues.
· Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
· Manage multiple tickets in various stages of the helpdesk ticket lifecycle.
· Log all calls, emails, and communications to customer in our ticketing system.
· Troubleshoot network related problems, and provide detailed report to network team
· Coordinate with hardware/software vendors for product-specific support to end users
The right candidate will also assist Tier 2/3 when required.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
