We are looking for a skilled and reliable Printer Technician to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing various types of printers while ensuring excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair laser, inkjet, and multifunction printers.</li><li>Perform regular maintenance, servicing, and preventive checks.</li><li>Install and configure printers for customers (USB, network, and wireless setups).</li><li>Replace printer parts such as rollers, fusers, cartridges, drums, and boards.</li><li>Identify hardware and basic software-related printer issues.</li><li>Provide on-site and in-store technical support when required.</li><li>Test printers after repair to ensure proper functionality.</li><li>Maintain accurate service reports and repair documentation.</li><li>Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, solutions, and repair timelines.</li><li>Coordinate with the support and sales teams when needed.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Printer Technician or similar technical role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of printer hardware and components.</li><li>Experience with major printer brands (HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, etc.) is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to diagnose problems quickly and accurately.</li><li>Basic knowledge of networking and printer connectivity.</li><li>Good communication skills; Arabic and English is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair tasks.</li><li>Technical diploma or relevant certification is preferred.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Stable work environment in a growing IT company.</li><li>Opportunities for skill development and training.</li><li>Supportive and professional technical team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: KD200.000 - KD250.000 per month
