The ideal candidate will handle inbound customer inquiries, assist with product information, order support, problem resolution, and deliver a top-notch customer experience via phone, email, and chat.Key Responsibilities Customer Communication<ul><li>Answer incoming customer calls in Arabic and English in a professional and courteous manner.</li><li>Provide accurate information about products, pricing, delivery, returns, and services.</li></ul>Issue Resolution<ul><li>Troubleshoot customer issues, resolve complaints, and escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when needed.</li><li>Track and follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfactory resolution and response times.</li></ul>Order &amp; Service Support<ul><li>Assist customers with order placement, delivery tracking, exchanges, and refunds.</li><li>Support customers with technical queries related to products and repair services.</li></ul>Documentation<ul><li>Record customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM or support system.</li><li>Maintain detailed and organized notes on recurring issues and customer feedback.</li></ul>Team Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer service.</li><li>Share insights and suggestions to help improve support processes.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking, reading, writing).</li><li>Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.</li><li>Customer-oriented attitude with patience and empathy.</li><li>Comfortable using computers, POS, CRM, and communication tools.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.</li><li>Basic understanding of tech products (IT equipment, printers, laptops, accessories) is preferred.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance incentives.</li><li>Training and growth opportunities within the company.</li><li>Supportive work environment focused on teamwork and development.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a leading tech retail brand in Kuwait.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: KD250.000 - KD350.000 per month
