Call Support Agent (Arabic & English)

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Call Support Agent with excellent Arabic and English communication skills to join our support team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound customer inquiries, assist with product information, order support, problem resolution, and deliver a top-notch customer experience via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities Customer Communication

  • Answer incoming customer calls in Arabic and English in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, delivery, returns, and services.

Issue Resolution

  • Troubleshoot customer issues, resolve complaints, and escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when needed.
  • Track and follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfactory resolution and response times.

Order & Service Support

  • Assist customers with order placement, delivery tracking, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Support customers with technical queries related to products and repair services.

Documentation

  • Record customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM or support system.
  • Maintain detailed and organized notes on recurring issues and customer feedback.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Share insights and suggestions to help improve support processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with patience and empathy.
  • Comfortable using computers, POS, CRM, and communication tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of tech products (IT equipment, printers, laptops, accessories) is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD250.000 - KD350.000 per month
