Retail Sales Associate- EXPERIENCE in selling Funko, Anime & Gaming products

Knowledge in gaming/ collectibles are preferred

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with our merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
• Operating our cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
• Achieving established goals.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Increasing in store sales.
• Superior product knowledge.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

Retail Sales Associate work schedule:

Duty Hours: 6-day work week, 1 day off

Shifts: 3 shifts as per duty roster: 9 hr inclusive of 1 hr break

Inter-location : transfers with the region based on business requirements

Notice Period : 1 month

Candidate must complete min 2 years in your previous company.
