SPA Receptionist

Luxury 5* Hotel is looking for a professional and friendly Spa Therapist cum Receptionist to join their international team in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have a relevant experience in the same position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality spa treatments such as massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness services

• Welcome clients and ensure excellent customer service

• Manage front desk operations including appointments, bookings, and client records

• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and walk-in customers professionally

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and reception area

• Promote spa services, packages, and products

• Handle payments, billing, and daily cash records

• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Experience as a Spa Therapist and/or Receptionist

• Knowledge of spa treatments and massage techniques

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Professional attitude and ability to multitask
