 Iveco Bus is expanding our dynamic team! We&rsquo;re looking for an energetic, business-driven Commercial Professional to take on a dual role combining regional commercial leadership and global tender management.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Commercial Manager &ndash; Caucasus &amp; Central Asia
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead all commercial activities including direct sales, dealer management, and network development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and establish new business opportunities and dealer partnerships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the front face of Iveco Bus in the region, ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Tender Management &ndash; AMEA
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage tender processes from document analysis to final stakeholder presentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure competitive and compliant submissions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor tender opportunities and maintain structured records of tender performance.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Fluency in Russian and English is must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in sales and commercial development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bus or automotive industry experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong project management and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
 </li>
