Commercial and Tender Manager

Istanbul, Turkey

Iveco Bus is expanding our dynamic team! We’re looking for an energetic, business-driven Commercial Professional to take on a dual role combining regional commercial leadership and global tender management.


Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Manager – Caucasus & Central Asia

  • Lead all commercial activities including direct sales, dealer management, and network development.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities and dealer partnerships.
  • Act as the front face of Iveco Bus in the region, ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.

Tender Management – AMEA

  • Manage tender processes from document analysis to final stakeholder presentation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure competitive and compliant submissions.
  • Monitor tender opportunities and maintain structured records of tender performance.


Requirements:


  • Fluency in Russian and English is must.
  • Strong background in sales and commercial development.
  • Bus or automotive industry experience preferred.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
