If you are ready to be a part of this atmosphere, you’ll be responsible of;

• Attending all the product development, process improvement projects carried out in POS and Payment Systems; managing the projects and ensuring that they are well-accomplished
• Maintaining the relationships representing the bank with institutions and organizations such as the public agencies, local and international regulation authorities and other banks properly
• Ensure all processes are compliant with regulations and follow all new changes in acquiring related regulations
• Following all the technological developments, new product and services in Payment Systems world; submitting the projects and ideas to top management to provide advantage in competition for the bank
• Collaborate with all related parties within the bank or outside the bank to understand the change within the market and act accordingly to adapt the changes that are in line with our corporate strategy
• Explore all possible new or existing business opportunities that may generate incremental revenue or reduce costs
• Working in coordination with relevant units in order to create all kinds of operational, accounting and system infrastructure,
• Ensuring the coordination of the relevant third parties and Information Technologies for the new product/process development
• Assisting in ensuring the internal/external adaptation of accomplished project and process
• Having analytical thinking skills and competency to work closely with Information Technologies
• Understand the needs of branches and sales teams, evaluate their suggestions about system improvements and plan the developments accordingly that will meet the needs.

• Graduated from a reputable university with Engineering, Business Administration, Economy or relevant fields’ degree
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Advanced problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• Proactive and curious with excellent communication skills
• Innovative, self-starter, goal oriented personality
