This role ensures high occupancy rates, smooth tenant onboarding, excellent customer service, and efficient coordination between tenants, maintenance teams, and management.Key ResponsibilitiesLeasing &amp; Tenant Acquisition<ul><li>Handle inquiries from prospective tenants and provide detailed information about available apartments.</li><li>Conduct property viewings and showcase unit features and amenities.</li><li>Prepare and process lease agreements in accordance with company policies and Qatari rental regulations.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of applications, leases, and tenant documentation.</li></ul>Tenant Relations &amp; Support<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding rental issues, concerns, and requests.</li><li>Ensure timely resolution of tenant complaints in coordination with maintenance and operations teams.</li><li>Foster positive tenant relationships to support renewals and long-term occupancy.</li></ul>Property Management Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate apartment readiness before move-in, including inspections and cleaning schedules.</li><li>Liaise with maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of units.</li><li>Monitor occupancy status and report vacancies to management.</li></ul>Administrative Duties<ul><li>Maintain updated tenant databases and rental tracking systems.</li><li>Process rental payments, deposits, renewals, and move-out settlements.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on occupancy rates, rental income, and leasing activity.</li></ul>Marketing Support<ul><li>Assist in listing available units on rental platforms and social media channels.</li><li>Support promotional campaigns to attract new tenants.</li><li>Gather market feedback to improve leasing strategies.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in property management, real estate leasing, or customer service.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (if applicable).</li><li>Knowledge of Qatar rental market practices is an advantage.</li><li>Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.</li></ul>Key Attributes<ul><li>Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset</li><li>Professional and approachable demeanor</li><li>Problem-solving ability under pressure</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
