Ideal candidate profiles are described below. However, all talented and team-oriented candidates with significant achievements in related fields will be considered.
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   BS in Chemistry, Food Science, or Biology; completed qualifying training program as a Flavorist; 5+ years of industry experience in flavor creation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in flavor and application creation for Taste Modulation technologies, such as sweetness modulation, masking, mouthfeel modulation, dairy taste and mouthfeel, saltiness, savory taste, carbonation, alcoholic taste, etc.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in creating flavors for sweet goods, beverages (carbonated and non-carbonated, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, citrus, coffee, tea, berries, and more), dairy (yogurt, ice cream, plant-based dairy), and savory applications (including plant-based meat products).
  </li>
  <li>
   Expertise and knowledge in developing the required data for FEMA GRAS approval for taste and taste modulation ingredients.
  </li>
