A Senior Software Engineer designs, develops, and maintains complex software systems, acting as a technical leader who mentors junior developers, oversees the SDLC, ensures code quality, and contributes to architectural decisions for scalable solutions, blending deep coding skills with leadership and strategic planning. Key duties include writing efficient code, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating cross-functionally, and staying updated on new technologies to drive product innovation and team maturity.
