Sr. Software Developer

A Senior Software Engineer designs, develops, and maintains complex software systems, acting as a technical leader who mentors junior developers, oversees the SDLC, ensures code quality, and contributes to architectural decisions for scalable solutions, blending deep coding skills with leadership and strategic planning. Key duties include writing efficient code, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating cross-functionally, and staying updated on new technologies to drive product innovation and team maturity. Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Architect, design, code, and implement new features and systems, or modify existing ones, across the software stack.
• Technical Leadership: Guide development teams, mentor junior engineers, and act as a technical point person for projects.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Perform code reviews, manage repositories, ensure adherence to standards, and debug complex problems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Drive the software development lifecycle (SDLC), automate tasks, and improve operational efficiency.
• Innovation: Research new technologies and present innovative solutions for architectural review and adoption.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹671,971.90 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
