We value a workspace that inspires focus, collaboration, and problem-solving.Leadership &amp; Influence:You will be a key decision-maker from Day 1, shaping automation strategies and guiding technical standards across projects.Modern Tools &amp; Tech:We work with the latest PLC, SCADA, and HMI platforms (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Wonderware) and embrace best practices for industrial software integration.Professional Growth:You&rsquo;ll have access to technical training, workshops, and industry conferences to stay ahead in the field of industrial automation.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Automation Strategy &amp; System Design: Lead the design and implementation of PLC, SCADA, and control systems for industrial clients.</li><li>Project Leadership: Oversee automation projects end-to-end, from requirement analysis to commissioning and optimization.</li><li>Team Leadership: Mentor Junior and Mid-level engineers, conduct technical reviews, and guide best practices.</li><li>System Integration &amp; Testing: Ensure reliable communication between PLCs, SCADA, and other industrial systems.</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Present technical solutions to clients and internal management, explaining the rationale behind design choices.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Evaluate existing systems for optimization opportunities and implement enhancements.</li></ul>What We Are Looking For:Experience: 5+ years in industrial automation, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.Technical Expertise: Strong background in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley), SCADA/HMI systems, industrial networks, and control systems.Problem-Solving Mindset: You are pragmatic, able to balance perfection with practical delivery of high-quality automation solutions.Communication Skills: Fluent in English for technical documentation and team collaboration; Arabic is a plus for client interactions.Leadership Skills: Ability to mentor engineers, manage projects, and influence technical decisions confidently.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ﷼25,000.00 - ﷼35,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in Riyadh
