We are looking for a Lead Automation Engineer who will own the automation strategy for our projects. You aren’t just programming controllers; you are defining how complex industrial systems come to life. Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Strategy & System Design: Lead the design and implementation of PLC, SCADA, and control systems for industrial clients.
• Project Leadership: Oversee automation projects end-to-end, from requirement analysis to commissioning and optimization.
• Team Leadership: Mentor Junior and Mid-level engineers, conduct technical reviews, and guide best practices.
• System Integration & Testing: Ensure reliable communication between PLCs, SCADA, and other industrial systems.
• Stakeholder Management: Present technical solutions to clients and internal management, explaining the rationale behind design choices.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate existing systems for optimization opportunities and implement enhancements.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years in industrial automation, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.

Technical Expertise: Strong background in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley), SCADA/HMI systems, industrial networks, and control systems.

Problem-Solving Mindset: You are pragmatic, able to balance perfection with practical delivery of high-quality automation solutions.

Communication Skills: Fluent in English for technical documentation and team collaboration; Arabic is a plus for client interactions.

Leadership Skills: Ability to mentor engineers, manage projects, and influence technical decisions confidently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼25,000.00 - ﷼35,000.00 per month
