Case Management Associate (Housing Programs) J Bar J Youth Services - Bend, OR Starting Pay: $22/hour (DOE)Position Summary J Bar J Youth Services is seeking a compassionate and organized Case Management Associate to support participants in our housing programs. This role works closely with Case Managers to provide client-centered services and ensure continuity of care during periods of increased demand. This position also offers a pathway into a Case Manager role, with the opportunity to transition after 3 months based on performance and program needs.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct regular client check-ins and support progress toward housing stability</li><li>Assist Case Managers with caseload coordination and client follow-up</li><li>Maintain accurate service notes and client documentation (HMIS experience preferred)</li><li>Collect and organize required client documents (ID, income, benefits, etc.)</li><li>Ensure client files are complete, accurate, and audit-ready</li><li>Collaborate with team members to support coordinated service delivery</li><li>Help prepare clients for housing placement in coordination with Housing staff</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working with vulnerable populations (housing or social services preferred)</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Commitment to a client-centered, trauma-informed approach</li><li>HMIS experience is a plus</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Services or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>Familiarity with housing programs such as Rapid Rehousing (RRH), Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), or youth services</li></ul>Why Join J Bar J Youth Services?
