Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through a variety of landscaping, gardening, and groundskeeping tasks. Your expertise will help create beautiful, functional environments that delight clients and elevate property value. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, apply your technical skills, and contribute to inspiring landscape projects.Duties<ul><li>Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces</li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators safely and efficiently for various landscaping task.</li><li>Execute hardscape projects involving the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures</li><li>Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal while ensuring safety standards are met</li><li>Assist with holiday lighting</li><li>Support gardening efforts by planting new greenery, mulching beds, and maintaining flower beds</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong mechanical knowledge for operating landscaping equipment and tools effectively</li><li>Proficiency in lawn care techniques including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control</li><li>Experience with landscape maintenance practices such as soil preparation, planting, and pest management</li><li>Knowledge of horticulture principles to support healthy plant growth and landscape design</li><li>Ability to use hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, blowers) safely and efficiently</li><li>Familiarity with construction processes related to hardscape installation and landscape features</li><li>Understanding of tree care practices including trimming, pruning, and disease management</li><li>Skills in irrigation system installation and troubleshooting for efficient water use</li><li>Ability to perform snow plowing operations using appropriate equipment during winter months</li><li>Good physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions with attention to safety standards</li></ul>Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes!
