We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through a variety of landscaping, gardening, and groundskeeping tasks. Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators safely and efficiently for various landscaping task.
• Execute hardscape projects involving the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal while ensuring safety standards are met
• Assist with holiday lighting
• Support gardening efforts by planting new greenery, mulching beds, and maintaining flower beds

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge for operating landscaping equipment and tools effectively
• Proficiency in lawn care techniques including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control
• Experience with landscape maintenance practices such as soil preparation, planting, and pest management
• Knowledge of horticulture principles to support healthy plant growth and landscape design
• Ability to use hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, blowers) safely and efficiently
• Familiarity with construction processes related to hardscape installation and landscape features
• Understanding of tree care practices including trimming, pruning, and disease management
• Skills in irrigation system installation and troubleshooting for efficient water use
• Ability to perform snow plowing operations using appropriate equipment during winter months
• Good physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions with attention to safety standards
