We are hiring an Outside Sales Representative who will own their own book of business from day one. This is a true hunter role &mdash; no cold-calling scripts or hand-holding. You will generate your own leads, build relationships, walk job sites, create estimates, close deals, and work hand-in-hand with our project manager to get every job scheduled and completed on time.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prospect and generate your own leads through networking, referrals, door-knocking, home shows, realtor partnerships, social media, and any creative method you bring to the table</li><li>Build and maintain a strong personal book of business</li><li>Meet with current and prospective clients (in-home consultations)</li><li>Walk job sites, take detailed measurements, and prepare professional estimates</li><li>Present proposals and close sales</li><li>Collaborate daily with our Project Manager to schedule jobs and ensure smooth handoff to production</li><li>Follow up on all leads and maintain relationships for repeat and referral business</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>2+ years of proven outside sales experience (home remodeling, kitchen/bath, construction, roofing, or home improvement preferred)</li><li>English and Spanish speaking preferred</li><li>Self-motivated &ldquo;hunter&rdquo; mindset &mdash; you must enjoy generating your own leads</li><li>Strong closing skills and ability to build instant trust with homeowners</li><li>Comfortable walking job sites, climbing stairs, and working in active construction environments</li><li>Reliable transportation, valid driver&rsquo;s license, and clean driving record</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills</li><li>Basic familiarity with remodeling processes and estimating (or quick learner)</li></ul>Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
