Outside Sales Representative (Home Remodeling)

We are hiring an Outside Sales Representative who will own their own book of business from day one. This is a true hunter role — no cold-calling scripts or hand-holding. You will generate your own leads, build relationships, walk job sites, create estimates, close deals, and work hand-in-hand with our project manager to get every job scheduled and completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate your own leads through networking, referrals, door-knocking, home shows, realtor partnerships, social media, and any creative method you bring to the table
• Build and maintain a strong personal book of business
• Meet with current and prospective clients (in-home consultations)
• Walk job sites, take detailed measurements, and prepare professional estimates
• Present proposals and close sales
• Collaborate daily with our Project Manager to schedule jobs and ensure smooth handoff to production
• Follow up on all leads and maintain relationships for repeat and referral business

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of proven outside sales experience (home remodeling, kitchen/bath, construction, roofing, or home improvement preferred)
• English and Spanish speaking preferred
• Self-motivated “hunter” mindset — you must enjoy generating your own leads
• Strong closing skills and ability to build instant trust with homeowners
• Comfortable walking job sites, climbing stairs, and working in active construction environments
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Basic familiarity with remodeling processes and estimating (or quick learner)

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
