This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our talent pipeline, develop innovative recruiting strategies, and contribute to a vibrant organizational culture.Duties<ul><li>Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of roles.</li><li>Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies.</li><li>Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates&rsquo; skills, experience, and cultural fit.</li><li>Manage applicant tracking systems.</li><li>Negotiate employment offers and contracts while ensuring compliance with employment &amp; labor law regulations; facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes.</li><li>Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs; provide guidance on talent management, succession planning, and employee evaluation strategies.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Extensive experience with talent acquisition tools.</li><li>Strong knowledge of employment &amp; labor law to ensure compliant recruiting practices.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates effectively.</li><li>Proven ability in negotiation tactics for extending offers that meet both candidate expectations and organizational goals.</li><li>Skilled in conducting interviews using structured techniques; adept at assessing candidate potential.</li><li>Familiarity with HR functions including employee orientation, employee relations, training &amp; development programs.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
