Duties

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of roles.
• Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage applicant tracking systems.
• Negotiate employment offers and contracts while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law regulations; facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs; provide guidance on talent management, succession planning, and employee evaluation strategies.

Skills

• Extensive experience with talent acquisition tools.
• Strong knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant recruiting practices.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates effectively.
• Proven ability in negotiation tactics for extending offers that meet both candidate expectations and organizational goals.
• Skilled in conducting interviews using structured techniques; adept at assessing candidate potential.
• Familiarity with HR functions including employee orientation, employee relations, training & development programs.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
