Job SummaryJoin our team as a Residential Cleaning Specialist, providing quality, professional cleaning services to homes on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis across the Greater Hartford Area. You&rsquo;ll be part of a trusted team, delivering top-notch cleanliness and care to each residence.Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>Clean and maintain residential homes to meet our high standards for hygiene and order.</li><li>Adhere to client-specific instructions and schedules as outlined in our CRM system.</li><li>Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and more based on each home&rsquo;s needs.</li><li>Cleaner will work as an independent Contractor (W9)</li><li>Conduct thorough deep-cleaning services as required, including detailed attention to appliances, fixtures, and specific high-touch areas.</li><li>Travel between 1-3 houses per day, maintaining punctuality and quality at each job site.</li><li>Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and ready for each service.</li><li>Build positive relationships with clients, providing friendly and respectful service at all times.</li></ul>Required Qualifications/Skills<ul><li>Reliable transportation and a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment.</li><li>Previous residential cleaning experience, with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.</li><li>Willing to travel to cleaning jobs with own vehicle.</li><li>Ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions provided in the CRM system.</li><li>Pass a background check.</li><li>Valid Social Security Number, ITIN, or EIN.</li></ul>Salary/Pay Range<ul><li>50% of the house cleaning fee, averaging $70-$100 per house</li><li>$50 per hour for deep cleaning jobs</li><li>Opportunity to clean 2-4 homes daily.</li></ul>If you are meticulous, reliable, and passionate about providing a clean, welcoming environment for clients, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: From $700.00 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Supplemental Pay:<ul><li>Performance bonus</li><li>Tips</li></ul>Work Location: In person
