Cleaning Technician – Independent Contractor

Job Summary

Join our team as a Residential Cleaning Specialist, providing quality, professional cleaning services to homes on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis across the Greater Hartford Area. You’ll be part of a trusted team, delivering top-notch cleanliness and care to each residence.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Clean and maintain residential homes to meet our high standards for hygiene and order.
• Adhere to client-specific instructions and schedules as outlined in our CRM system.
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and more based on each home’s needs.
• Cleaner will work as an independent Contractor (W9)
• Conduct thorough deep-cleaning services as required, including detailed attention to appliances, fixtures, and specific high-touch areas.
• Travel between 1-3 houses per day, maintaining punctuality and quality at each job site.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and ready for each service.
• Build positive relationships with clients, providing friendly and respectful service at all times.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Previous residential cleaning experience, with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Willing to travel to cleaning jobs with own vehicle.
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions provided in the CRM system.
• Pass a background check.
• Valid Social Security Number, ITIN, or EIN.

Salary/Pay Range

• 50% of the house cleaning fee, averaging $70-$100 per house
• $50 per hour for deep cleaning jobs
• Opportunity to clean 2-4 homes daily.
