Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Convert meetings/briefs into task lists with owner, deadline, acceptance criteria; update daily.</li><li>Run short stand-ups (15&ndash;30 min), escalate blockers, ensure 24&ndash;72h closure.</li><li>Prepare and file quotes, POs, weekly reports, MoM, change/acceptance forms using company templates.</li><li>Maintain Gantt/WBS, risk &amp; issue logs; prepare weekly/monthly packs.</li><li>Track funnel metrics (lead&rarr;order&rarr;delivery&rarr;cash) and publish RAG dashboards.</li><li>Vendor/customer coordination (operators, utilities, landlords, gov&rsquo;t appointments).</li><li>Logistics &amp; admin support: meeting schedules, FAT packs, simple sourcing &amp; follow-ups.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3 years in B2B project coordination/operations/admin (ICT/IoT/system integrator preferred).</li><li>Strong documentation skills; fluent English (Arabic or Chinese is a plus).</li><li>Tools: Excel/Sheets (Pivot/VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, basic project tools (Smartsheet/Asana/Jira).</li><li>UAE driving license preferred; able to travel within the UAE as needed.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
