Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily operations of the drop point and ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Monitor shipment receiving, dispatching, scanning, and delivery processes.</li><li>Manage and support couriers and station staff to achieve operational KPIs.</li><li>Ensure shipments are handled accurately and on time according to company SOPs.</li><li>Track operational performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.</li><li>Coordinate with different departments to resolve operational issues efficiently.</li><li>Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Ensure workplace organization, discipline, and compliance with company policies.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse operations is preferred.</li><li>Good knowledge of Excel and reporting.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operational challenges.</li><li>Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.</li></ul>الراتب المدفوع: ﷼٤٬٠٠٠٫٠٠&nbsp;لكل شهرموقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
