Station Supervisor -Logistics&Warehouse

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the drop point and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor shipment receiving, dispatching, scanning, and delivery processes.
• Manage and support couriers and station staff to achieve operational KPIs.
• Ensure shipments are handled accurately and on time according to company SOPs.
• Track operational performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinate with different departments to resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure workplace organization, discipline, and compliance with company policies.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Excel and reporting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operational challenges.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
