📍 Locations: Jeddah | Riyadh | Dammam

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, maintain safety standards, and lead warehouse teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
• 2+ years in a warehouse supervisory role.
• Experience in high-volume warehouse operations .
• Experience in services or distribution is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and inventory control activities.
• Monitor WMS and ERP transactions to maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Coordinate replenishment activities and support demand planning requirements.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining agreed service levels.
• Monitor warehouse safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies.
• Track warehouse KPIs, productivity, and operational performance.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Supervise warehouse staff, allocate daily tasks, and ensure team productivity and development.
