Practice Operations Manager &ndash; Multi-Location Dental Practice (Las Vegas/Henderson)We are a growing, doctor-led dental practice with two locations in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas, and Green Valley area of Henderson. We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Operations Manager to help lead our team and drive practice growth.This is not a &ldquo;keep things running&rdquo; role &mdash; this is a leadership position focused on improving systems, increasing production/collections, strengthening team accountability, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.Responsibilities Include<ul><li>Overseeing daily operations across two practice locations</li><li>Managing front office systems, scheduling efficiency, and patient flow</li><li>Leading and holding team members accountable to performance standards</li><li>Tracking and improving key metrics:</li><li>Production &amp; collections</li><li>Case acceptance</li><li>Schedule utilization</li><li>New patient flow</li><li>Implementing and maintaining systems for:</li><li>Treatment follow-up</li><li>Patient reactivation</li><li>Insurance verification and billing coordination</li><li>Supporting marketing efforts and helping drive new patient growth</li><li>Insurance credentialing</li><li>Accounts payable/receivable</li><li>Running effective team meetings and creating a positive, high-performance culture</li></ul>Qualities We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Prior dental office management experience required</li><li>Strong leadership and accountability skills (not just administrative)</li><li>Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and KPIs</li><li>Experience with Open Dental is a major plus</li><li>Ability to identify problems and implement solutions independently</li><li>Strong communication skills with both team and patients</li><li>Growth mindset &mdash; someone who wants to build something, and reach goals</li></ul>What Success Looks Like in This Role<ul><li>Fully optimized schedules across both locations</li><li>Increased case acceptance and production per day</li><li>Systems in place so nothing &ldquo;falls through the cracks&rdquo;</li><li>A team that is organized, accountable, and aligned</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)</li><li>Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to practice collections and growth</li><li>PTO</li><li>Health Insurance Reimbursement</li><li>401K Match (eligibility period)</li></ul>About UsWe are a private, doctor-owned dental practice focused on high-quality care, strong team culture, and long-term growth.
