Practice Operations Manager – Multi-Location Dental Practice (Las Vegas/Henderson)

We are a growing, doctor-led dental practice with two locations in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas, and Green Valley area of Henderson. We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Operations Manager to help lead our team and drive practice growth.

This is not a “keep things running” role — this is a leadership position focused on improving systems, increasing production/collections, strengthening team accountability, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities Include

• Overseeing daily operations across two practice locations
• Managing front office systems, scheduling efficiency, and patient flow
• Leading and holding team members accountable to performance standards
• Tracking and improving key metrics:
• Production & collections
• Case acceptance
• Schedule utilization
• New patient flow
• Implementing and maintaining systems for:
• Treatment follow-up
• Patient reactivation
• Insurance verification and billing coordination
• Supporting marketing efforts and helping drive new patient growth
• Insurance credentialing
• Accounts payable/receivable
• Running effective team meetings and creating a positive, high-performance culture

Qualities We’re Looking For

• Prior dental office management experience required
• Strong leadership and accountability skills (not just administrative)
• Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and KPIs
• Experience with Open Dental is a major plus
• Ability to identify problems and implement solutions independently
• Strong communication skills with both team and patients
• Growth mindset — someone who wants to build something, and reach goals
