If so, we want you to be a part of our construction company!Position: Accounts Payable ManagerLocation: Baton Rouge, LAKey Qualities:&middot; Punctuality: Arrive on time, every time, setting the standard for reliability.&middot; Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.&middot; Problem Solver: Tackle challenges head-on with innovative solutions.&middot; Self-Motivated: Take initiative and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.Required Skills:&middot; Accounts Payable Management: Full-cycle A/P experience including invoice entry, coding, approvals, and payment processing.&middot; Job Costing: Ability to accurately code invoices to jobs and cost codes within a construction environment.&middot; Bookkeeping: Ability to manage bookkeeping&middot; Vendor Management: Ability to communicate professionally with vendors, reconcile statements, and resolve discrepancies.&middot; Microsoft Excel/Word: Strong skills in managing spreadsheets, tracking data, and reporting.&middot; Document Management: Ability to maintain organized digital records (SharePoint or similar systems preferred).&middot; Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in financial data entry and recordkeeping.&middot; Organization: Ability to manage high volumes of invoices and deadlines efficiently.Experience:&middot; Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience; construction industry experience strongly preferred.&middot; Experience with bookkeeping software (QuickBooks Desktop Contractor preferred).What We Offer:&middot; Starting $15 - $24/Hr (possible benefits package).&middot; Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company.&middot; Supportive and collaborative team environment.If you are ready to take the next step in your career and meet the qualifications listed above, we would love to hear from you!
