This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, vibrant environment that values enthusiasm and professionalism.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities</li><li>Manage table settings, clear dishes, buss tables efficiently, and assist with food handling and sanitation practices</li><li>Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements</li><li>Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining atmosphere</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques</li><li>Experience with food preparation, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or cashiering enhances your ability to excel in this role</li><li>Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales upselling</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
