We take pride in our friendly team and are committed to creating a positive experience for both our guests and staff.Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated servers &amp; FOH team members to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will also be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, running food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, learning our menu, taking orders through a POS system, and assisting with inventory stocking.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Customer Service: Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, assist with menu selections, and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.</li><li>Running Food and Drinks: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests, maintaining a high standard of presentation and service.</li><li>Learning the Menu: Gain a thorough understanding of our Mediterranean menu, juice bar offerings, and coffee selections to assist guests with their orders and provide knowledgeable recommendations.</li><li>Taking Orders: Accurately take orders through our POS system, ensuring all modifications and special requests are communicated to the kitchen and barista staff.</li><li>Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, restrooms, and other public spaces. Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces regularly.
