Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated servers & FOH team members to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will also be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, running food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, learning our menu, taking orders through a POS system, and assisting with inventory stocking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, assist with menu selections, and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
• Running Food and Drinks: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests, maintaining a high standard of presentation and service.
• Learning the Menu: Gain a thorough understanding of our Mediterranean menu, juice bar offerings, and coffee selections to assist guests with their orders and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Taking Orders: Accurately take orders through our POS system, ensuring all modifications and special requests are communicated to the kitchen and barista staff.
• Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, restrooms, and other public spaces. Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces regularly. Assist with cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and machinery as needed.
• Stocking Inventory: Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as necessary, including napkins, utensils, condiments, and beverages.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining experience for guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
