We are committed to supporting your growth with comprehensive training and opportunities to expand your skills in HVAC design, refrigeration, plumbing, and appliance repair.Responsibilities<ul><li>Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and appliances using schematics and technical manuals.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to optimize performance and extend lifespan.</li><li>Install new HVAC systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes, ensuring proper operation and safety standards are met.</li><li>Utilize tools such as ohmmeters, welding equipment, and other mechanical instruments to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.</li><li>Conduct property maintenance tasks related to HVAC/R systems, including plumbing connections and refrigerant handling such as ammonia refrigeration.</li><li>Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to accurately execute service tasks.</li><li>Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for each job performed while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven field service experience as an HVAC technician or service technician with a strong mechanical background.</li><li>Knowledge of construction principles related to residential property maintenance and HVAC installation.</li><li>Familiarity with refrigeration systems, including ammonia refrigeration if applicable.</li><li>Experience working with HVAC/R equipment repair, boiler systems, and appliance repair is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and perform welding or basic mechanical repairs confidently.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record; experience driving &lt;PERSON&gt; driver preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of schematics, HVAC design principles, plumbing systems, and property maintenance standards.
