 This is a SVP/COO role that involves building and scaling a new eCommerce division with a premium offering. You would own strategy, partnerships, P&amp;L and overall growth of the online presence. The role requires a hands-on, commercially minded operator.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:

 Define and execute the e-commerce growth strategy and operating model
 </li>

 Own P&amp;L, forecasting, budgets, KPIs, and performance optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee site operations &amp; product assortment
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and manage partnerships
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and scale a high-performing operations and e-commerce team
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Profile:

 Strong experience with luxury eCommerce brands
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record launching or scaling digital commerce businesses
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong financial management skills and partnership negotiation ability
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable in growth-stage, entrepreneurial environments
 </li>
