SVP eCommerce

SVP eCommerce (Equity + Bonus) - Hybrid - Manhattan.

This is a SVP/COO role that involves building and scaling a new eCommerce division with a premium offering. You would own strategy, partnerships, P&L and overall growth of the online presence. The role requires a hands-on, commercially minded operator.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the e-commerce growth strategy and operating model
• Own P&L, forecasting, budgets, KPIs, and performance optimization
• Oversee site operations & product assortment
• Develop and manage partnerships
• Build and scale a high-performing operations and e-commerce team

Profile:

• Strong experience with luxury eCommerce brands
• Proven track record launching or scaling digital commerce businesses
• Strong financial management skills and partnership negotiation ability
• Comfortable in growth-stage, entrepreneurial environments
