Overview Jackson Law Group, a rapidly growing Roswell-based multi-practice law firm, is seeking a litigation attorney to join our insurance defense team. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of civil litigation experience in the insurance defense field. Must have strong time management, organizational, clerical and writing skills and be able to work in an energetic and fast paced environment. Candidate should be comfortable with all stages of insurance defense litigation including, filing answer, preparing and submitting case evaluation reports, communicating with clients and insurance adjusters, conducting discovery, retaining and communicating with experts, taking and defending depositions, motions practice and have prior trial experience.Jackson Law Group does not have a billable hours quota. pre-existing book of business is a plus.
