The legal secretary supports multiple labor and employment litigation attorneys (4+) by providing a full range of support, including, but not limited to, preparation/revision of correspondence, pleadings and documents; e-file pleadings; conducting legal research; calendar maintenance; and various office and client filing. As an integral part of the team, this team member also is involved with office wide administrative functions.
The successful candidate is a very organized, detail-oriented team player possessing at least 3 years recent litigation secretary experience (including electronic filing).
Essential Functions<ul><li>
Engage in the work of the attorney by demonstrating knowledge and status of current cases and projects, utilizing available resources in order to achieve.</li><li>
Provide support for four+ attorneys in employment law matters and backup support as needed.</li><li>
Act as liaison between internal departments and outside agencies.</li><li>
Prepare/revise correspondence, pleadings, documents and other clerical assignments as directed.</li><li>
Handle a wide variety of complex and confidential time-sensitive material.</li><li>
Work with teams to complete conflict checks and open new client engagements as requested.</li><li>
Communicate with clients on a regular basis.</li><li>
Assist with billing review, inquiries and collections.</li><li>
Maintain calendars, CLE, reports and time records.</li><li>
Book and organize travel arrangements as needed; assist with expense reimbursement.</li><li>
Maintain docketing for litigation attorneys.</li><li>
Transcribe electronic dictation, and schedule depositions.</li><li>
Various office and client filing.</li><li>
Proofreading documents.</li><li>

Qualifications/Skills Required<ul><li>
At least 3 years recent experience in a legal administrative assistant role within a law firm supporting litigation attorneys, experience with labor and employment law a plus.</li><li>
Familiarity with state and federal rules and procedures, as well as procedures with state and federal agencies.</li><li>
Must have a solid understanding of technical legal terminology as well as court filings.</li><li>
Experienced with trial preparation and briefs.</li><li>
Punctual with excellent attendance.</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent proofreading skills.</li><li>
Ability to timely respond to deadlines, balance workload and take initiative.</li><li>
Proficient with Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with law firm software including billing, expense, document management, etc. is a plus.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in cooperative, small office environment and communicate with attorneys and support staff on every level.</li></ul>

For Colorado, the expected salary range for this position is between $39.00 and $45.00. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

The Firm is seeking an independent, detail oriented individual to provide end-user desktop and telecommunications hardware and software support. The individual will provide telephone support to users and perform desk-side support as needed and directed. The Analyst will provide excellent customer service with the objective to provide immediate solutions for end user issues and requests.
Essential Functions<ul><li>

Assist with execution of all desktop system and voice related moves, adds, changes, and upgrades.</li><li>
Compile/Document/Distribute new troubleshooting techniques when it would benefit the team.</li><li>
Participate in department initiatives and represent the department as a member of the technical staff. Keep abreast of technologies in the Desktop and Telecommunications environment by attending seminars and other educational opportunities as required.</li><li>
Computer imaging as needed and directed by IT.</li><li>
Identify/Document reoccurring issues and present to management possible solutions as well as Suggest/Implement innovative ideas to improve the Service Desk processes.</li><li>

Qualifications/Skills Required<ul><li>
At least 2 years of Service Desk experience.</li><li>
Excellent knowledge of MS Windows operating systems.</li><li>
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Exchange.</li><li>
PC hardware proficiency (Intel/Mac/HP).</li><li>
Experience with macOS is a plus.</li><li>
