Duties and Responsibilities:</div><ul><li><div>
Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination.</div></li><li><div>
Advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues.</div></li><li><div>
Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Skills and Educational Requirements:</div><ul><li><div>
JD from ABA accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials</div></li><li><div>
3+ years of experience, employment law background strongly preferred.</div></li><li><div>

This position is for an Associate attorney for the firm&rsquo;s San Diego, CA office.</div><div></div><div>
The salary range for this position applies to our California offices and reflects a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands and other business and organizational needs. The expected salary range for this position is $204,500-$221,500. This is not inclusive of our full range, and actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.</div><div></div><div>
