During the course of training, the candidate will get hands-on exposure to various areas of corporate and secretarial practice, including but not limited to:<ul><li>FEMA and NBFC Compliances: Assistance in preparation and filing of returns, maintenance of statutory records, and regulatory reporting under FEMA and RBI guidelines applicable to NBFCs.</li><li>Company Secretarial Compliance: Support in routine and event-based compliances under the Companies Act, 2013, and allied laws, including drafting of resolutions, minutes, and filing of ROC forms.</li><li>Pre-IPO Due Diligence: Exposure to corporate restructuring, capital-related documentation, and regulatory requirements in connection with initial public offering readiness.</li><li>Mergers and Acquisitions: Involvement in drafting, documentation, and compliance processes relating to mergers, amalgamations, and other corporate restructuring exercises.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 monthsPay: From &#8377;7,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
