During the course of training, the candidate will get hands-on exposure to various areas of corporate and secretarial practice, including but not limited to:

  • FEMA and NBFC Compliances: Assistance in preparation and filing of returns, maintenance of statutory records, and regulatory reporting under FEMA and RBI guidelines applicable to NBFCs.
  • Company Secretarial Compliance: Support in routine and event-based compliances under the Companies Act, 2013, and allied laws, including drafting of resolutions, minutes, and filing of ROC forms.
  • Pre-IPO Due Diligence: Exposure to corporate restructuring, capital-related documentation, and regulatory requirements in connection with initial public offering readiness.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Involvement in drafting, documentation, and compliance processes relating to mergers, amalgamations, and other corporate restructuring exercises.
