Job Title: Legal associate-Intake

TO QUALIFY, CANDIDATE MUST:

· Law graduate

· Have good English communication skills (both oral and written).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Drafting professional emails to clients

· Labelling and uploading case files into Cloud Storage/Case Management Systems

· Maintain client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

· Co-ordinate with attorneys and act as an assistant to the attorney and keep a record of his professional diary

· Maintaining professional etiquette with the client

· Communicating with the clients and provide updates regarding the cases

· Calendar court hearings, deadlines, meetings, depositions etc.

· Work closely with clients on case management systems they use.

· Receive case instructions from the Client and work on various tasks independently.

· Draft legal correspondences following firm’s template.

· Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to the case.

· Provide assistance with trial preparations.

· Perform administrative duties

· Manage email communications and calendaring for the legal team.

· Coordinate with other staff members and fill in for other roles when necessary.

· Enter case information accurately into the case management systems.

· Ensure timely and efficient management of case-related data.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

· To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; MS Office, Etc.

BENEFITS:
